Studio Policy

Bookings

All equipment classes & appointments need to be pre-booked and pre-paid. All classes do fill up quickly so to check availability please contact us for your desired class to request a place. Small class numbers are to your benefit so pre-bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.​

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This allows us to offer the time to another client. A full fee is charged for appointments (classes/privates) which are unused, forgotten or cancelled at short notice. This policy is vital for the good functioning of the studio, the instructors & clients. 

Class Admission Policy

Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for your class. You can wait in the waiting area if a class is still running. The first 5-10 minutes of your class is your warm up, and it is important that you do not miss out on this part of your session. 

 

Refunds

We regret to inform you that we are unable to give refunds for sessions booked in advance. We apologize for any possible inconvenience this may cause.
