Bookings & Policy

Studio Policy

Bookings:

All matwork/equipment classes & appointments need to be pre-booked and pre-paid. All classes do fill up quickly so to check availability please contact us for your desired class to request a place. Small class numbers are to your benefit so pre-bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.

First visit:

On your first visit you will be required to complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (View on-line). This is a medical form that informs us if you have any medical condition or injury that we need to be aware of. If you are new to the studio you will be required to attend a minimum of 4 Private Basic Principles sessions.

 

Cancellation policy:

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This allows us to offer the time to another client. A full fee is charged for appointments (classes/privates) which are unused, forgotten or cancelled at short notice. This policy is vital for the good functioning of the studio, the instructors & clients. 

Class Admission Policy:

Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for your class. You can wait in the waiting area if a class is still running. The first 5-10 minutes of your class is your warm up, and it is important that you do not miss out on this part of your session. 

 

Refunds:

We regret that we are unable to give refunds for sessions booked in advance. 

Dress Code:

Members are requested to ware o form of dress appropriate to the practice of Pilates. Studio 4PILATES recommend that members bring their own towel and wear stretch bands or shorts and T-shirts or sports tops. Members do not attend sessions barefoot, always with an extra pair of socks. Please bring your socks with you or you can purchase grip socks at the studio.
