Every Tuesday and Thursday at 19.00 in Kifissia group class up to 5 people. Advanced lesson ideal for experienced participants in the Pilates Method . Reformer, Towers, Wunda Chairs etc

For Solo and Group Sessions: 24 hours cancellation for all the lessons (private and group) by the clients. If the groups are not completed by minimum 3 people may the studio 4 pilates change the time of the class. Monthly Program: The monthly program has no cancellation policy. Once you buy your program there are no changes or refunds
